I did it my way








On step 3 in Bonnies mysteri-quilt - I did some thinking, since I do not like to sew triangles. So I figured out: cut 4 2.5" squares, sew a 4-patch, cot diagonally twice, and add the last piece cutted with the companion angle as Bonnie describes.

I del 3 i Bonnie's mysteri - fant jeg ut at her måtte det litt tankearbeid til. Så jeg gjorde min egen vri på symåten til disse. Starta med 4 kvadrater på 2.5" , sydde med litt større sømrom enn 1/4", men noen blokker måtte jeg renskjære bittelitt til slutt allikevel. Håper bildene forteller nok.

Thanks for sharing your technique! I have to make some units that are a square with the half triangles attached and you helped me figure it out. Now to determine the right size to cut!

Clever idea! I didn't find them too difficult since we were sewing on the straight of the grain, not the bias
